Experience Through Their Eyes

Stopped here on our way to Ann Arbor. A friend recommended the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised with the Small town restaurant with reasonable prices. Our waitress was great! I ordered the Bleu Burger, it was very good. My Mom ordered the chicken sandwich, she said it was also really good. We tried the sweet potato fries and onion rings. Both were good but the battered greasy onion rings were my favorite! Great experience

Stopped in today for an early dinner. We ate inside and the entire place was clean and set up well. Their outside seating area is beautiful!! Our waitress was so nice and efficient. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We had a blue cheese burger and the Bar-b-q burger. Both were excellent. Next time I will try the desserts which also sounded good.

This was our first time at Rumors, and it was a 5/5 experience all around. Service was friendly, place was clean and the prices were amazing. I mean seriously, their beer specials allow you to get darn near any craft beer at domestic beer prices. Im no mathematician, but 7% > 4% in my eyes. Food was also fresh and bussin. We got smashburgers, sweet potatoe fries, regular fries, spinach artichoke dip and onion rings. All came out quick, hot and crispy! Would recommend to anyone with tastebuds, and will be back with friends and family when they visit.

Just passing through and grabbed quick dinner. Fried mushrooms, Chicagoland Italian beef and Fish n Chips. We just had exact same meal at a new downtown South Bend, In restaurant this past week. In a comparison, Rumors wins hands down. Everything was cooked exactly as it should be. The beer battered mushrooms had crispy breading, and insides properly cooked The Chicagoland beef was very flavorful, generous size and came with side of fresh homemade potato chips. Fish n Chips..fries slightly larger than shoestrings and crispy, but not overdone. Fish was flaky and crisp beer batter breading. Very reasonable prices (about 50% less than that SB restaurant that wasn't as good) They could move this restaurant to a larger city and do very well. Update: had the pistachio pie. Incredible.

Nice wood decor, respectable whiskey selection. The shredded beef hulk hoagie has a horseradish-y dressing (sauce?). The blacken chicken macaroni is cheesy and has BBQ sauce mixed in. The chicken wrap was good. Didn't like the fries, they are similar to shoe string fries and they got cold quick on the ride home. Probably would be better when dinning in.

The waitress was a very sweet girl. I just had the Club Salad, but it was the best salad EVER! The restaurant has high ceilings so I think it could get loud. I was there as soon as they opened, so there was no noise.
